In-stock items can be shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Custom orders can be shipped within 1 to 14 days, unless otherwise specified. An email with the Tracking information. will be sent upon purchase.
Delivery time will also vary based on shipping location and the selected shipping method.
We currently ship to Canada and the United States.
It is highly recommended to choose the Signature Upon Delivery shipping method. Jacob Jewellery/Bijouterie Jacob is not liable for lost shipments where tracking information indicates merchandise have been delivered. Jacob Jewellery/Bijouterie Jacob is not responsible for the delivery delays caused by customer not being present at time of delivery to sign for package or due to any unforeseen weather issues or technical or other issues related to the shipping company or customs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Prices and shipping fees do not include Import or Customs duties, Value Added Taxes (VAT), tariffs, or other fees that may be imposed by the destination country. These fees are the recipient’s responsibility. Jacob Jewellery/Bijouterie Jacob is not responsible for Import or Customs fees, VAT, or any other import-related tariffs.
The recipient is considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws, regulations, and restrictions of their country.
If a delivery is refused for any reason, any costs incurred are the recipient’s responsibility.
Returns & Exchanges
An item can only be eligible for return if it is in an unused state, in perfect condition and in its original purchase condition with all protective materials in place including tags and/or stickers attached to them, if any. The merchandise must remain in its original packaging, unless instructed otherwise by Jacob Jewellery, and be sent back within 30 days of purchase, with its original documentation. If original documentation cannot be provided, please include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive an email notifying you that it has been received and whether the return is accepted. If accepted, the refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
We reserve the right to issue only a partial refund, but are not obligated to, for any item returned past the 30-day return policy. We, nevertheless, reserve the right to refuse a refund if a returned item is damaged, missing parts, in a used state, or can no longer be sold.
Claims for damaged, defective, or missing items must be reported within 5 days of receipt of the merchandise.
If an exchange for a different product is preferred, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order.
Please allow up to 14 business days for refunds to be processed by your financial institution.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returned merchandise, whether for a refund or an exchange. Shipping insurance is strongly encouraged on returned merchandise with a value of over 75.00$ as a guarantee regarding the outcome of a returned package cannot be provided.

A return label is not provided by Jacob Jewellery/Bijouterie Jacob.
It is recommended to use a nationally known carrier for your return and keep note of your tracking information.
All custom orders are final and cannot be returned for refund or exchange. This includes but is not limited to: engraved & embossed items, engagement rings, wedding bands, and custom orders
Jacob Jewellery will not accept returns if the item show signs of wear and tear, has been used or altered from its original condition.

Jacob Jewellery/Bijouterie Jacob warrants that all items will be free from any manufacturing defects at the time of shipment. All jewelry is inspected prior to shipment.
Our warranty offers free sizing within 60 days of purchase, polishing, and rhodium plating. Jacob Jewellery/Bijouterie Jacob will not be responsible for paying the shipping costs.
